Inspiration: A*Men Pure Shot by Mugler

Amidst the controversy of the original Pure Shot by Thierry Mugler, the brand decided to rebrand the fragrance and name it Pure Energy. However, the name on the bottle isn't the only thing that changed. Fans of the original were also quick to point out that the new iteration smelled a bit different and didn't last as long as the original either. For this reason, we sourced a bottle of the original for our inspiration, and owning this gem makes us wonder why brands ever consider messing around with such formulas in the first place. Shot of Purity is our inspired expression of Pure Shot by Mugler, and it is a refreshing composition without all the controversy. Mint and juniper greet you in the opening, and patchouli waits patiently in the base to welcome you warmly into the dry down. A blend of pepper and cardamom create the edge in the freshness that is so addictive, and this energetic blend is complete. Shot of Purity is a reminder of the great classic from 2012, and you can now finally relive the magic of the original with our stronger and re-energized version!
