That unmistakable aroma that fills the room the moment the oven door opens.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThen came the question: What could we build around this?\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTogether, we began imagining something far more extravagant.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNot a bakery.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNot a café.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA royal dessert table.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe imagined a Queen’s private evening feast, where Freshly Baked Golden Bread arrives directly from the palace ovens and is surrounded by bowls of Sticky Dates, Warm Praline, Vanilla, Aromatic Spices and Dark, Luxurious Delicacies.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCinnamon and Cardamom were folded into the warmth of the bread, giving the impression of spices blooming from the heat of the oven. Dates brought a dense, honeyed fruitiness. Praline melted into the golden crust. Vanilla, Benzoin and Tonka created a creamy sweetness that seemed to soak directly into the warm crumb.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThen we began adding contrast. A splash of Cognac. The creamy richness of Tuberose.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA subtle Leathery texture.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMusk.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAnd finally, oud resting underneath everything like the dark polished Woods of the royal dining chamber itself. As we went back and forth, something interesting happened.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe fragrance stopped smelling like a collection of gourmand notes and started smelling like a place, a moment and an experience. The oven doors have just opened. Golden bread is still steaming. Dates and Praline are melting into its warm crust.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCinnamon and Cardamom fill the room. Cognac has been poured. Vanilla hangs in the air.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAnd the Queen’s dessert has arrived.
