Hey Dua Team!!!
I'm curious if anyone else is experiencing delays with shipping. I've placed 3 orders since 4/24. The first order hasn't moved, but the second was delivered on 5/4. Somehow confused at the pattern.
@J Allen Hey! We completely understand the confusion and apologize for the inconsistent shipping experience. Orders can sometimes ship separately or at different speeds depending on inventory availability, warehouse processing, and carrier updates.

Same here. It's the first time I've ordered from Dua. I ordered on the 3rd and my package only now has a "label created" update. Super disappointed it's taking this long.

A “label created” status typically means your order has been processed and is awaiting the next scan from the carrier, which can sometimes take a little time depending on carrier pickup schedules and processing volume.
