Commission Payout
When a purchase is made using your affiliate link, the commission associated with it is initially marked as pending for a duration of 30 days. This waiting period is implemented to ensure that the order is not refunded or canceled. Once the pending period has successfully concluded, Shopify Collab's invoices The Dua Brand for the commission amount, which is then processed automatically to be paid out to you.
Note: If the merchant (The Dua Brand) cancels or fully refunds an order during the 30 days since placement, the affiliate commission is automatically cancelled and removed from Pending total.
Payout Frequency
Automatic payouts are then scheduled to be paid out twice per month and will only be processed if your Next payout balance is at least $25.You can view your upcoming and pending payouts in the Payouts page.
Taxes
It's your responsibility to consult with local tax authorities or a tax professional to ensure compliance with your tax obligations.
Our Commission Tiers:
- 0-1000 Orders Per Month = 15%
- 1001 - 2500 Orders Per Month = 18%
- 2501+ Orders Per Month = 20%
