All our raw materials are procured through certified vendors and processed under the supervision of IFRA certified chemists before being imported into the US. Therefore, it's our promise that you will get the best products delivered when you make a purchase from The Dua Brand!
The main ingredients used in our fragrances are: Alcohol Denat, Aqua (Water), Parfum (Fragrances), Citral, Citronellol, Coumarin, Eugenol, Farnesol, Geraniol, Limonene, Hydroxycitronellal, Isoeugenol, Linalool, 4-Hydroxyisohexyl-3-Cyclohexene Carboxaldehyde, Alpha-Isomethyl, Ionone.

Please expect 3-5 business days' processing time due to the high volume of orders.
We share order tracking details via email, as the turnaround time depends on your shipping destination.
If you need to make a special request about your order, such as using a particular shipping carrier, cancelling your order, or making a change to the products in your order, to make sure your request is processed, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 8 hours of placing your order to ensure we can pass your request on to our fulfillment center. After 8 hours, we cannot guarantee any special request can be honored. We no longer accept requests to combine international orders.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
We do not accept any returns or refunds as per the company policies. However, we do accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect order is shipped.
