Thierry Mugler is responsible for shaking up the industry with fragrances like Angel, A*Men, and the original Alien. Not afraid to do things differently, the brand is quick to experiment with uncommon ingredients like coffee, malt, tobacco, and oud, which are not often found in many designer fragrances. Creating our version of this amazing women’s perfume, which we decided to call Alienated Aoud, started with us sourcing a bottle of the original formulation from 2015. Alienated Oud is a one-to-one match with the same breathtaking jasmine and the oriental touch of oud. An amber accord creates a comforting personality in the fragrance to offset the spiciness of saffron and cardamom. Ultimately, Alienated Aoud is one we love wearing ourselves despite the original being marketed for women.
