A garden on the nile is the inspiration of this fragrance. We are transported to Egypt as we stand on the edge of the land and overlook the beauty and mystery of the flowing and long-lived nile. Plant life is detected from a distance as it exudes its lively aroma. Tones of tomato and green mango can be perceived, and the aroma lingering in the warm air is both sweet and herbal. However, the citrus is what truly arrests us, and we find our imagination running wild as our nose follows the trail of orange and grapefruit. Perhaps there is a citrus grove nearby. Nevertheless, the complexity of the smell enchants us, and we have no problem spending the entire day along this nile. Un Jardin Sur le Nil is a 2005 release by Hermes, and it is unquestionably one of our favorites. For this reason, we have released our inspired expression of it, and the name conveys how we feel about its smell: Complexity of Citrus. The complex citrus opening is made intricate through exotic touches of incense and orris. The lotus and hyacinth floral notes add an unconventional nature to an otherwise familiar citrus overtone. Tomato and carrot convey a fruity and vegetal vibe that further adds to the complexity of an already multi-dimensional composition. Complexity of Citrus is our trusty sidekick for the summer. We are eager for this perfume to accompany you on your journey as well!
