4th July Gift Cards Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1. Giveaway Overview
To celebrate the spirit of independence, The Dua Brand is hosting a $5,000 Gift Cards Giveaway as part of our 4th of July Independence Day Sale. This giveaway is open to all customers and fans—no purchase is necessary.

2. Prizes
A total of 57 winners will be selected to receive Dua Brand Gift Cards in the following denominations:
- 3 winners will receive a $500 Gift Card
- 4 winners will receive a $250 Gift Card
- 50 winners will receive a $50 Gift Card

3. Eligibility
To be eligible for the giveaway:
- You must be subscribed to The Dua Brand newsletter at the time of the drawing.
- You must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Open to legal residents of all countries where such giveaways are legally permitted.

4. Entry Period
The giveaway entry period begins on the launch of our 4th of July Independence Day Sale and ends at 11:59 PM PST on July 14, 2025.

5. How to Enter:

• No Purchase Necessary.

• Subscribe to our email newsletter with a valid email address to receive one (1) entry.

• Every order placed between July 4–14, 2025, will automatically count as an additional entry.

• All actice/new subscribers and orders placed by 11:59 PM PST on July 14, 2025, will be included in the giveaway drawing.

6. Winner Selection and Announcement
- Winners will be selected at random using a randomized draw method.
- The draw will take place shortly after the giveaway period ends.
- Winners will be officially announced on our Facebook Page (@TheDuaBrand) after the sale ends.

7. Notification of Winners
- Winners will be contacted via the email address used to subscribe to our newsletter.
- Gift Cards will be delivered electronically via email.

8. General Conditions
- Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other substitutes.
- The Dua Brand reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of The Dua Brand, which are final and binding in all respects.
