The program is available to retail customers with a qualifying order placed directly through The DUA Brand
website.

Wholesale and distributor orders are not eligible.

To participate, the customer must:

• Place an eligible order on The DUA Brand website.
• Create an original video featuring a fragrance from that order, it could be a review, skit, or an unboxing.
• Post the video publicly on Instagram, TikTok or Facebook.
• Tag @Theduagroup.
• Include #DUAsCreator.
• Submit the public video link and video-insights screenshot within 30 days of posting.

The participant must provide:

• Full name
• Email address used for the order
• Eligible order number
• Social media username
• Social media platform
• Public video link
• Original posting date
• Screenshot of the video insights
• Confirmation that no paid promotion orartificial engagement was used

The insights screenshot should clearly show the social media account, video, view count and publication information.

The DUA Brand may request an updated screenshot, screen recording or additional analytics to verify performance.

The submitted video must:

 • Be original content created by the participant.
• Clearly feature an eligible DUA
fragrance.
• Be publicly visible during the
verification process.
• Be posted from the same account shown in
the submitted insights.
• Comply with the rules of the platform
where it is posted.

Content containing unlawful, hateful, dangerous, sexually explicit, misleading, infringing or otherwise inappropriate material
may be rejected.

The video must remain publicly visible on the original platform until the reward has been verified and processed.

If the video is deleted or made private before verification is complete, the submission may be disqualified.

Customers may share their content on multiple platforms, but views from different platforms cannot be combined.

If the video is posted on multiple platforms, the participant may submit the public video link with the highest
view count. Views from different platforms or videos cannot be combined.

Views from multiple videos cannot be added together to reach a reward tier.

The eligible order value is the merchandise subtotal actually paid after discounts and promotional codes.

Shipping charges, taxes, duties, gift cards, package protection and other additional fees are excluded.

The maximum refund available through the program is $1,000.

View verification will be completed within 7–10 business days of receiving a complete submission.

We may contact the participant for additional information during this period.

Approved rewards will normally be processed within 10 business days after verification.

The refund will be returned to the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.

Processing time may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

 If we are unable to contact the participant or receive a response within 14 days of our initial outreach,
the reward may be forfeited.

The participant is solely responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or duties related to the refund received.

The DUA Brand is not responsible for any tax liabilities incurred by the participant.

We collect your:

• Order number
• Social media handle
• Email address
• Video content (for verification and marketing)

Your data is used only for:

• Program verification
• Refund processing
• Marketing (with your consent)

Your data is not sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@theduabrand.com.

The DUA Brand reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this program at any time.

Changes will be communicated via this page and/or email notification to participants.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
