Are the Facebook group and newsletter sign-up mandatory?

Yes. Joining The Dua Brand Facebook main group and signing up for our newsletter are both required to qualify for entry.

Do I have to complete all the tasks to enter?

You must complete the mandatory tasks to qualify.

Additional tasks are optional, but completing more tasks earns you more entries, increasing your chances of winning.

Is there a limit to how many entries I can earn? 

No. There is no limit to the number of entries you can earn, as long as tasks are completed legitimately.

Can I edit my wishlist after entering?

Yes, wishlists can be edited until December 26th. Once winners are announced, no further modifications will be accepted.

Are all fragrances eligible?

Yes, all fragrances are eligible, provided they are in stock and not part of the DUA Vault.

Are vaulted fragrances included?

No. Vaulted fragrances are excluded from this Giveaway.

What happens if a fragrance on my wishlist is out of stock?

We’ll select another fragrance from your wishlist.

If no alternative is available, we’ll email you to confirm your preference.

How are winners selected?

Winners are selected from all eligible entries earned through completed tasks.

A total of 24 winners will be chosen at random, with 3 winners per day across the campaign period.

When and where will winners be announced?

Winners will be announced after the Giveaway ends in The Dua Brand Facebook main group.

How do I claim my prize if I win?

If selected as a winner, you must:

  • Comment on the winner announcement post in the Facebook group, and
  • Email The Dua Brand from the same email address used to place orders to confirm your win.

What if I don’t respond after winning?

Winners must respond by January 10th.

If we do not hear from a winner by then, a new winner will be selected.

When will my wishlist start shipping?

Once winners are announced, our elves will begin reviewing wishlists, shortlisting fragrances, and preparing orders for shipment.

Delivery timelines may vary due to the holiday season.

Yes — all winner shipments are free within the U.S.

Can I win more than once?

No. Each participant is limited to one (1) win per person for the entire Giveaway.
