1. Shipping Policy:

a. Order Processing Time: From the moment an order is placed, a processing period of 2-4 business days commences. This processing time remains constant regardless of the shipping option selected during the checkout process. Our order processing occurs on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that we generally do not ship orders on the same day they are placed.

b. Shipping Days: Orders are shipped exclusively on business days, Monday through Friday. Shipments are not dispatched on weekends or holidays.

c. Tracking Information: Upon the shipping of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. This tracking link will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment until it reaches its destination.

d. Delivery Signature: The delivery courier will determine whether a package requires a signature upon receipt. While many packages are delivered directly to the provided address, such as the mailbox or front door, the courier has the discretion to decide if it is safe to leave the package unattended.

2. Order Modification Policy:

Special Requests: If you have a special request pertaining to your order, such as specifying a particular shipping carrier, cancelling your order, or altering the products in your order, it is essential to notify us within 8 hours of placing your order. This ensures that sufficient time is available for us to relay your request to our fulfillment center.

b. Request Email: To initiate a special request, please send an email to support@theduabrand.com within the 8-hour window after order placement. This will facilitate the timely consideration of your request.

c. Time Constraint: Requests received after the 8-hour timeframe cannot be guaranteed for processing. We recommend that you promptly contact us with any special requests to increase the likelihood of their fulfillment.

d. International Order Combination: Please be advised that The Dua Brand no longer accepts requests to combine international orders.
