The Dua Brand Warranty Add-On Terms and Policy

Thank you for choosing The Dua Brand Warranty Add-On for your purchase. Our warranty is designed to provide you with coverage and peace of mind in case of leakage replacement or broken bottle replacement during shipment. Please read the following terms and policies carefully before making a purchase.

Coverage and Eligibility:

  1. This warranty covers the replacement of items that experience leakage or breakage during shipment as specified below.
  2. The warranty is applicable on items purchased directly from The Dua Brand and includes orders shipped internationally.
  3. To be eligible for warranty coverage, you must select and purchase The Dua Brand Warranty Add-On at the time of checkout.

Leakage Replacement:

  1. If you receive a product that has leaked, please take clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
  2. Contact our support team at support@theduabrand.com within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and the attached photographs.
  3. Our support team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days to initiate the replacement process.

Broken Bottle Replacement during Shipment:

  1. If you receive a product with a broken bottle due to shipping, please take clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
  2. Contact our support team at support@theduabrand.com within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and the attached photographs.
  3. Our support team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days to initiate the replacement process.

Shipping and Processing Time:

  1. Once your warranty claim is approved, we will process your replacement order within 2-4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  2. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once the replacement item ships.

Claim Submission Deadline:

  1. Warranty claims for leakage or broken bottle replacements MUST be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product.

Exclusions:

  1. The warranty does not cover damages caused by mishandling, misuse, tampering, or negligence after the product has been delivered.
  2. Damages caused by delays, VAT, taxes, or customs-related issues are not covered under this warranty.
