When constructing our inspired hybrids, one consideration that is often made is the overlap of ingredients. Unifying both our inspired versions of Invasion Barbare by MDCI Parfums and Creed’s Bois du Portugal is the note of lavender. After analyzing the two compositions, it was determined that the quality of the lavender in each composition is high yet disparate. One of the fragrances contains a sophisticated blend of regular lavender and spike lavender while the other contains essential lavender oil from Grasse, France. The use of lavandin oil in conjunction with a natural and lush lavender is what makes this fragrance the distinguished inspired hybrid that it is. Our inspired hybrid is a blend of our inspiration of both of these esteemed niche fragrances, and our noses could not be more satisfied with the outcome! A balance of spices including ginger and thyme augment the aromatic presence in the fragrance.
