It seems like most fragrances that are said to smell like watermelon don’t explicitly have watermelon listed in the note breakdown. This fragrance here is the exception, and of course, we are talking about L’Imperatrice Limited Edition by Dolce & Gabbana! This fragrance released in 2009 is a perfect example of a fragrance that contains watermelon alongside strawberry and a mix of enchanting floral ingredients. The floral bouquet is comprised of cyclamen, Damask rose, and peony. The smooth and rich floral notes combine with the fruity sweetness to create a truly beguiling aroma! The sandalwood in the base is rich and smooth while the musk is clean and deeply exotic.
