A favorite of ours is Candy Aoud, and we are especially intrigued by the use of banana and black currant to create a sweet aroma unlike any experienced in perfumes before. Candylicious is our take on this unrivaled gourmand creation from one of the most skilled perfumers in the world. A $555 price tag usually indicates an abundance of costly raw materials. Recreating this masterpiece was no simple feat, but we are confident, as we usually are, that we hit this nail right on its head. Cadylicious opens with a tart grapefruit note that eventually clears a path for apple and black currant to take their stroll. A peculiar yet appealing note of banana leaves its trail as the wearer discovers hints of spice and woods on the journey to the finish. Creamy orris butter and rich sandalwood paint an olfactory portrait encapsulating the talent of Roja Dove. At first this one was a hard pass. I started to trash it but saw positive reviews and kept it. Let it sit for few months, still too animalistic. Waited an additional 6-7months and its definitely a nice fragrance now. Total time almost a year. The harshness is finally gone after just a few minutes. Definitely not a beginner fragrance but it can be appreciated.

This may need to macerate a little. I know it will be beautiful after it sets.
This one is still growing on me. Not quite what i expected. But i loveeeee dua. I will let it macerate and i am sure I will love it soon
Probably my favorite Dua recreation. This stuff just works. Yeah you get a funk for a little bit at the open but once it hits the dry down and the woodiness and the sweet from the fruits just work so well together and make this a compliment beast for me at least. Well worth it for a guy or a confident female.
Extrait de Parfum! This is a EDP With most EDP's the concentrate percent is above 20% .. where most toilet water is 3-10% and then etc is around 5-15% give or take. Basically it's highly concentrated, therefore it isn't meant to spray three sprays directly onto your shirt.. you spray it in the air and walk through it once and you're good
This fragrance is very close to the Roja Dove brand. I'd say about 95% similar and it lasts a little bit longer. I get numerous compliments and those people always ask. "What are you wearing?". One of the best purchases I made from Dua.

Wolf In Sheep's Clothing I can see why people are confused over this one. Like the devil, you must not shake its hand. Spray this on your arms, etc. and not too close to your nose. Get too close to this one and you will regret it. But.... keep it at least 6 inches away from your nose, and you will see why Eve took the apple from Satan. This is a fragrance like no other. I have never smelt, a stinker become so ungodly wonderful based on distance. Don't spray this on a tester or deep smell your skin. You will be sorry. But at the correct normal distance fragrances are meant to be smelled out, I promise you this is a one of a kind experience. Nothing smells like this one. Nothing. Follow the rules or you meet the Wolf up close. Personally I kind of like the stink; it is very pheromone-like(I really don't think it's Oud; insert wood joke here). Very sexual. You draw her in with the smell of candy and then she is hit with the real you. What big teeth you have. Roja must have got a good laugh with the name of the perfume. This ain't no Candy ass perfume. I'm surprised he didn't call it Candy Samples(IYKYN). Political correctness keeps me from the other name he probably thought of. Want some candy.....? And yes it is just like the OG, only the wolf's teeth are much sharper. Excellent job, DUA. As usual. This is THE wolf in sheep's clothing.

Wow! Holy fricken cannoli!! Candylicious is soooooo good!! I would say it is my favorite, but I have so many favorites. I am lucky to love most of my frags. But, man Candylicious is so good now after maceration. When I first got it, it was was too funky. After two months of maceration this fragrance is incredible! It is so good that I had to write a second review.
Deceptive At first second third fourth spray and you still find this concoction unpleasant, you are not alone. In my case after such triers I abandoned this juice for over 2 months. I then decided to give it a sixth chance. A couple of sprays (ignoring that initial not very pleasant smell) i went about my business. 45min in I started to wounder why I smell so goood. The scent has unbelievably evolved into speechless levels of goodness. This scent is an epitome of dry down goody. I have now wiped the dust off the bottle and placed it front row of my dua collection.
This and "Wicked" two peas in a pod! Take a look at my review of WICKED! This to me is a similar unique beauty....maybe a little more feminine version as Wicked would be the more masculine version. The two are very intimate! I am quite passionate behind closed doors and this is the essence of that passion. If you are passionate and somewhat experimental with your lover....the two above forementioned fragrances are very worthy.
The Absolute Truth OK - Candylicious You will hate this scent when 1st applied to the skin. But don't give-up on it. This fragrance is definitely different and I wanted to see how this worked as a Sweet Aoud type of scent. The truth here is that it is not pleasant at all in the opening stage - very Skanky indeed - and needs about an hour on skin for this to start to develop into something much nicer. For me personally I'ts not up there with my favourite DUA's such as Casino Royal Nights - Cherry Mind Control - F'unbelievable -Tux - The Knight - Black Widow ect. For me the issue is the savoury note competing with the fruity notes and this holds this fragrance back from singing. The cardamom note gives it an almost food like quality but not on the sweet side as many of the notes are but on the savoury side, which for me does not quite work and I just feel it would be better if it wasn't there at all. However the longer this is on the skin the better it becomes and after a few hours on the skin I find myself going back to smell it. I blind buy from DUA on a regular basis and I am rarely disappointed, but I'm honestly not sure how often I will return to this fragrance? My Advice here - if you want something exclusive that smells awesome (sweet & smooth) try Xhilaration inspired by Xerjoff's join the club 400 which is a London Selfridges & Co. Exclusive. Much more appealing & slightly stronger on my skin and it also has a smoothness to it rather than a sharpness to it that's really nice.
Surprise So, I first her of this scent because of the glowing review by My Mickers (Dan). So, once it came back in stock I blind bought it. Then, after my order all I heard were negative things....smarties and stinky feet....barnyard....fecal. Well, I received my bottle today and sprayed it on and whoa....total stinky feet! It was awful. However, after about 45 minutes this fragrance turned beautiful! Such a wonderful candy note. After about 3 1/2 hours it gets woody. This ended up being a great fragrance! I think it is funky in the beginning because it is very concentrated. The unpleasant smell goes away in about 15 minutes. After that, it is wonderful. I haven’t gotten any feedback yet from other people.
The magic is in the drydown Felt compelled to write this after reading the previous review. Having just received my bottle yesterday I too was a little off-put by the opening. However, not being entirely new to ouds I know that a lot of times that initial note will subside and in this case it did within 30 minutes or so. Afterward you are left with the most wonderful sweet, spicy, woody, and just complex scent. You have to try this one on skin. Initially my wife had the same reaction "nope, nope that's not good"... I came back an hour later and she couldn't stop smelling me. I received 5 Duas yesterday and had them all on skin. This is the one i kept going back to.
Misleading I made the mistake of blind buying Candylicious thinking it was gonna be just as good if not better than scrumptious boy was I wrong, the labeling is misleading and this fragrance doesn’t have any sweet tones to my nose, it’s definitely a barnyard smelling scent that’s very off-putting, I can’t in good Conscience recommend something that smells this awful to me. Buy with caution, thank you DUA keep up the good work, sorry this one isn’t for me but I can appreciate the effort that went into making this one available to everyone.

Give about 30 minutes Upon initial application, the smell of oud && leather is kind of skanky, but after about 30minutes or so it turns to something nice with the sweet candylicious coming to the forefront &&the skankiness of the leather &oud toning down sitting at the base & in the background which balances & rounds everything off to a pleasant scent especially for cooler weather
