Same vibe as OG, with the later giving brighter mint in the mid-wear phase. I won't be giving my OG bottle up but this deserves a 5 star for sure.

Echoes Of Us

HEY DUA - MORE ELDO! NOW! It may come as a surprise to some that Canada gets some scorching, humid summers (35C today aka 95 Fahrenheit), so I needed a summer scent that was different. I tried the OG before and to my nose, it’s about 90% - you’ll be pleased to know the 10% is actually an upgrade! Its longevity is impressive compared to the OG, especially for a fresh green scent. At first spray it smells like mint leaves (like the actual natural green leafy smell, not toothpaste) strongly. I sprayed and showed my gf and she pulled back and didn’t love it, neither did I. But on another day, she asked me what I was wearing and to her surprise it was this! So the dry down is where the magic happens. It gets a little floral, reminds me of an almost body lotion type smell at a super luxurious modern hotel. Which, as a guy you might not want, BUT I assure you it’s more of a fresh smell, so it’s definitely unisex. It’s hard to explain, but it smells almost like something familiar, almost hypnotic (dramatic I know). There’s some note keeping it from tipping into soapy territory. I’m impressed, it’s definitely different in a good way! My suggestion to you is to layer it. I should gatekeep this, but…I personally do Poseidon with this, and it’s a lethal summer duo. DO FAT ELECTRICIAN AND GHOST IN THE SHELL NEXT!
