Throughout the years, it seems like the fragrance began to lose much of its confidence, and now it enters the room in a much quieter manner. This is very out of character for the late-20th-century classic, and now, Peureux is a name that seems to be more fitting for this fragrance. Luckily, our inspired expression for this fragrance, which we have decided to name #EGO, has undergone a transformation and has regained its confidence! #EGO is our take on the vintage formulation of Chanel’s Egoïste, and the aptitude of the original has never been more alive! Damask rose, cinnamon, and sandalwood make up the identity of this fragrance. Undertones of vanilla, birch, leather, mahogany create complexity and non-linearity. #EGO is confident, capable, and robust. #EGO is everything someone in charge would want to smell like and convey through their aura.
