A beautifully sweet hypnotic vanilla gourmand that's gives a slight tropical vibe without a any fruity notes. The sweetness is not super sugary but has a cozy warmth from the caramel and coffee notes. Almond delivers a nice creaminess while the vanilla just radiates off of your skin. Unisex and very easy to wear, Martinique Reserve screams sexiness on a man and is absolutely delicious on a woman.
To me, this is just fantastic. A woody caramel coffee gourmand that lasts for a long time. To me it leans masculine but I could see a woman wearing it too. It’s unique within my large Dua collection. At the DDL price of $33, it’s a great deal. Even better when part of a sale bought with other bottles.
Love this oriental-styled "By the Fireplace"? This is absolutely beautiful. Gissah is becoming one of my favorite houses that Dua clones. I now have all 4 Gissah offerings and they are all flat-out bangers. For this, I get a less smokey, oriental-styled By the Fireplace (BTF). This is also much more versatile than BTF because it has less smoke. What I don't get is that at any point should this be considered a gourmand fragrance whatsoever and that is a good thing. Completely unisex and I not sure about longevity but I wouldn't even know that until after masceration. Definitely a night time or fall/winter frag (but where it whenever you choose if you own it) that would great date night frag.
