EXCELLENT 10/10 this is literally soei malaqauis like i don’t detect any difference in this from the original im completely blown away!!!!
I was skeptical before I bought this, as I didn’t see a ton of hype about it online being a close dupe… but I am here to tell you that it is a literal 1:1 dupe. I had the DVN discovery set and can confidently say you will not detect a noticeable difference, other than this one is $30 and lasts longer, and the DVN version is $400. If you’re on the fence, this is your sign from a former skeptic to take the plunge and buy this. 100% will be repurchasing once this runs dry.

This is a fruity, silky, nutty, and smooth scent that smells so similar to the original. Dua makes the best dupes by far (there's no weird background DNA). Amazing dupe of Soie Malaquais!

I was very skeptical about DUA fragrances because of the reviews I seen in the past so I read the recent reviews on this one and how close it smelled to the OG. Mannnnn of mannnn! This is my 1st DUA purchase and now I’m a believer! The silkiness(not a word) w/ the rose and the chestnut blended so eloquently! This ish beautiful! I will look more into this house now, thank you for making Silk of Paris.

I splurged on some Dries fragrances on my last trip to Paris. The Dua dupes smell just like the original Soie Malaquais and Bitter Splash from Dries. I placed my original Dua order after ordering refills for the originals. I was not able to cancel that order (well over $600), which is okay because I love both scents (and you get some extra stuff), but I will be reordering from Dua to save my coin!
If you want to smell like clean silk and almonds, this is for you. Definitely strong so do not overspray!
Long story short: if you wanna smell like clean silk & almonds, this is for you. I can see this as mass appealing, though i do not reccomend overspraying as this is strong.

I fell in love with Soie Malaquais most out of a selection of samples of fragrances with nut notes, and then could not justify the price of buying a bottle. Dua's Silk of Paris is a gorgeous reinvention! It's a touch bass note heavier upon application, which I quite enjoy, and on drydown I can't tell them apart. I'm so happy that Dua makes this warm fragrance accessible! Please restock!
It’s a beautiful fragrance. Sillage is amazing and it lasts for hours. It’s warm, sophisticated, slightly soapy and powdery to my nose. I would definitely repurchase this one

Smells great and projects! Maybe slightly nuttier than the OG in the opening, which I quite enjoy, but nearly identical in the dry down, with better longevity. I feel this is a better interpretation than Lattafa’s Peace & Love. Beautiful scent!

I think I'll let this sit for a bit and retry it in the fall. It smells similar to the OG (Soie Malaquais by Dries Van Noten) but it seemed a bit harsh on the initial sprays. The dry down was pretty good...but I'm going to give it time to rest.
