1270 has been a beloved composition since it was released in 2010. For over a decade, the public has thoroughly enjoyed the dried fruits, spices, and cacao that give the perfume its characteristic smell. After much time, the brand has released an Extreme version, and whilst the spices have been stripped from the blend, exotic resins like elemi and intoxicating floral notes like rose and jasmine have been added. The inclusion of these natural ingredients is what makes this fragrance so special, and the sweetness of the original has been preserved through dulcet notes of tonka bean and vanilla sweetly enveloping the base. The 1720 Extreme is our inspired expression of this new release by Frapin & Co., and striking the right balance was of paramount importance to ensure the noticeability and splendid nature of all of the precious naturals being used. Sambac jasmine is carrying the cadence of this olfactory tune forward while rose is gently harmonizing a short distance behind it. Elemi resin is the bass that provides the steady rhythm while vanilla and tonka bean master the various layers of the olfactive tune and merge them into one gently flowing motif. The 1720 Extreme is the soundtrack you need to play on repeat this fall and winter! Let the melody sweep you away!
