Gourmand Illusion is a great nut gourmand fragrance all round, almost close to its original Mirage Gourmand (best nut gourmand foodie ever), with the latter provides you with much deeper and richer, nutty projection. To me, as a man, Gourmand Illusion is 100% gender neutral and office-safe (1-2 sprays is/are enough). Best worn in winter, cosy AF and very soothing.
Spot on to OG. Very sweet, sugary powder smell. Worth adding to your collection.

Absolutely obsessed. Easily my favorite out of all of my Dua’s! Bought the solo and immediately the full bottle, and a couple of days later a back up. It’s the most delicious almond cake dusted with powdered sugar. I never want to be without it!

It smells like you walked into an Italian bakery! It’s addicting! You can smell the almond cake throughout the fragrance but it’s airy like your smelling the almond pastries baking in the air. It’s hard to explain but if you love almond scents you’ll love this one!
Gourmand Illusion is spot on to the OG, actually its safe to say the that Gourmand Illusion is BETTER. The price and longevity, on top of the fragrance being out of this world just makes this a top hitter 🤩🤩

This sweet almond scent absolutely struck a scent memory for me. It took me a few weeks to recall what I was thinking of from my childhood, then boom! This smells exactly like the bathtime fun Barbie, foam soap! They marketed this as using it to make fun soap dresses for her, and I absolutely loved it! Back to the scent, it does not smell like soap, but sweet almond cake and fun as a child!
A gourmand for the biggest gourmand lovers. Not a hint of musk, woods, or florals. It’s powdery almond and the most delicious yellow cake fresh out of the oven. It’s good on its own and layers perfectly with so many other gourmands in my collection. I don’t make dents this big in the first month, this dent is a testament to my love for this fragrance.

Such a unique fragrance! You get a blast of almond powdery vanilla and the presence of movie theater butter. The dry down is a luxurious baby powder that lasts forever on the skin. I don’t have anything like this in my collection and I’m definitely a fan!

DUA definitely did their big one with this. It opens up a little strong but it quickly dries down to the coziest almond biscotti type scent ever. It’s pretty much spot on to the og for a fraction of the price.. You definitely won’t regret getting this one!

Yum! Like salted pistachios and baked goods. I had an idea to get this for layering with my pistachio perfumes to add some interest and i think itll do that. It did mature with quite a bit of salt and jury is out on how that will wear though.

I've never tried the original, so this was a pleasant surprise. As a matter of fact, I've picked up about 10 new DUAs in the past month or so, and this is the one I cannot put down! It doesn't smell like anything else I own, despite having some of my favorite notes (pistachio, almond, vanilla). It isn't too sweet or cloying, and there isn't even a hint of floral. Yay! This is a true gourmand. It smells like a fancy, delicate, freshly baked, nutty cake surrounded by a cloud of powdered sugar. I adore the powdery notes! It's hard to describe, but it also has a "fresh" quality I enjoy without smelling like soap or detergent. If you want to smell edible and appreciate true gourmands, you cannot go wrong with Gourmand Illusion. The strength and projection is amazing, and it hasn't even macerated more than a month.
