It opens with the crisp green edge of Fig Leaf, softly bitter but mellowed by Cardamom’s warm spice and a burst of Bergamot that adds a breezy brightness. Then comes the Rose, fresh, delicate, not overdone, like petals laid gently across a clean, airy space. A very green rose scent. Soft Wool was not what I expected at all. I expected something almost cashmeran and comfy. This is a rose with alot of green herbal notes. The dry down is almost cannabis like. You do get a bit of marine notes on the dry down. This is a scent definitely geared towards fall and winter. It's not sweet by any means. But if you love earthy green rose scents this is perfect.
Yes, it smells funky at first but the dry down is IT! A warm, slightly damp soft wool sweater out of the dryer.. I can’t explain it any other way. It’s good if you like Gris Charnel.

Want a perfect fall freshie? Look no farther!! This was head-over-heels love at first sniff. It has some papery vibes happening alongside the notes listed. It's beautifully done and completely unique. It's crisp,but smooth. Very clean and smooth. It wears on beautifully. I am getting 3-4 hours with a subtle wear off. Projection is just right. I love it and suspect that feeling will only grow as it macerates/matures/blooms. Soft Wool is gorgeous. If you like the listed notes,I consider it a safe blind buy.
